Title Change Manager – Systems Integration
Description

Change Manager – Systems Integration – Are you a Systems Integration / Change Management specialist? If so, we want you to join a rapidly growing organisation. If you have a strong technical background and enough knowledge and experience of databases and data integration as well as experience of running successful internal change projects then this could be the right role for you.

You will be reporting to the board, to map the customer journey end to end and identify how the business can move to “one best way” of delivering services by rationalising and integrating existing systems and processes inherited from a number of successful acquisitions along the way. These include service desk, project tracking and finances right through to CRM and KPI reporting. You will lead and manage resources across the business to deliver the solutions required and to train and coach staff in using the optimised systems effectively. Skills required include business process analysis, project management, data mapping and SQL, managing key stakeholders and suppliers, the ability to focus resources based on commercial and service priorities, the ability to quantify and demonstrate value, an understanding of how to develop, visualise and use KPIs to drive positive decision making and behaviour.

You will become the businesses internal integration specialist focusing on and heading up the internal work streams to rationalise, integrate and cross-link internal systems

  • Business finance and finance systems – Dynamics Nav
  • Help Desk systems – Cherwell
  • Project management systems
  • Business reporting systems – Tableau, PowerBI
  • CRM Systems – Dynamics CRM
  • Demonstrable background in a leadership role
  • Knowledge of ITIL, ISO27001
  • Experience running internal change projects
  • Set and manage expectation of senior stakeholders
  • Manage external suppliers, engineers, contractors and colleagues
  • PM experience
  • Deliver training and coaching on workflow and service standards on newly integrated systems
  • Assess, evaluate and manage business risk to minimise chance of migrations impacting service delivery

Salary for this opportunity is 65,000 + Excellent Bonuses
